Astros pet calendar!

HOUSTON--Astros players are lending a helping hand to the Houston Humane Society by striking a pose with their favorite four-legged friends!

The players and their pets sat for a photo shoot at Minute Maid Park Monday, along with Humane Society animals that are up for adoption.

Hunter Pence was among the players present. He was there with his Labrador retriever.

The calendars will be sold at Petco stores across Houston.

All the proceeds will go to the Humane Society.

Thanks again Astros! I think it's great that y'all are helping out the Houston Humane Society! I'll be heading over to Petco to get mine when they come out!
