A former Texans player could face charges after his pit bulls attacked a neighbor and killed her dog. It happened at the Sienna Plantation subdivision in Fort Bend County. The pit bulls were owned by Steve Foley. The neighbor was carrying her schnoodle puppy when the dogs approached her. She said she was startled and dropped the puppy. That's when the pit bulls attacked. The woman said the dogs 'shredded' the puppy and bit her on the lip. Fort Bend Animal Control showed up at the scene and took the pit bulls. T, I am so sorry about your puppy. I think the pit bulls should be put down. I hope you are alright after they attacked you.
