Five local shelters, The Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Citizens for Animal Protection, HCPHES Veterinary Public Health, Houston Humane Society and the Houston Department of Health and Human Services - Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care participated in the "Have a Heart for Homeless Animals" adoption promotion Thursday, February 14th through Monday, February 18th. 534 animals were adopted into loving permanent new homes during this life-saving promotion! 1 CommentsLeave a comment |
Amazing!! Simply amazing what can be accomplished in Houston and the surrounding areas when there are animals in need!! CONGRATULATIONS to all the furbabies who found forever homes and CONGRATULATIONS AND THANKS to all the homes that found new furbabies!! And SPECIAL THANKS to all the orgs and volunteers who made it all possible!!
