Hector still has scars on his chest, and it may take quite some time to get over the trauma that he endured while at Michael Vick's property. But now, this 52-pound pit bull is in a loving home. After being seized from Vick's property, four-year-old Hector is being shown the good life by Leslie Nuccio, his foster mother who lives in California. Hector plays with Nuccio and her three other dogs. Hector jumps across the living room, grabs clothes from the laundry basket, and enjoys being hugged and hugging Nuccio and her roommate. This just brings tears to my eyes to read. It is so wonderful that these beautiful souls were given a chance to find love and comfort. It was wonderful to read about Hector being in a home, with other dogs, playing, and being hugged. I wish them all the best! I hope they help put a new, gentle face to the Pit breed.
