Please help find this baby that was just rescued off the streets in NE Houston. He went to a foster home last night and jumped the fence. He is a Shepherd-mix about 55 pounds and just had heartworm treatment on Monday!

He escaped in the area of I-45 South, exit Monroe to the west.

He has tags on and was being called "Frankie" and "Brownie" for the past week but probably does not know his name.
