It's Orangutan Caring Week at the Houston Zoo, 1513 N. MacGregor. Learn about orangutans and their rainforest habitat. Visit their booth at the orangutan exhibit to shop for orangutan painting stationary, handcrafted ecologically friendly jewelry, and more for everyone on your Christmas list. Enter the Orangutan Caring Week raffle for a chance to win two new paintings created by the Zoo's orangutans. The drawing will be held Sunday November 18th, 2007 at 5:00 pm at the Houston Zoo. Participants need not be present to win.

All proceeds from Orangutan Caring Week sales will support the Zoo's orangutan and elephant conservation projects in Indonesia.
