Fancypants is one of three dogs who has been at BARC for 90 days, so she really needs a home now!
She is athletic and energetic, and she loves to play ball. But she is hard to walk on a leash and needs some training. But can you blame her? She's in a kennel almost all day. Fancypants gets along with other dogs as long as they are her size, and she sits for goodies!
