The California Healthy Pets Act exempts: Purebred dogs and cats whose owners qualify for and obtain an “intact animal” permit; The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported yesterday that The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is investigating a Texas laboratory's (ExperTox Inc. in Deer Park, Texas) finding of acetaminophen in dog and cat food.
