Police in San Antonio are questioning a person of interest in a case of serious animal abuse.

This kitten was saved. Witnesses say that while a man was driving he threw tthree kittens out the window and into heavy traffic.

Two good Samaritans were able to rescue one of them before it was hurt.

One of the other kittens was hit by a car and the third ran away.

If the man being questioned is the one responsible charges will be filed.

People like the man who did this should be tossed from a fast moving car and left to die in the streets. He has no soul.

How do you look into the face of such a tiny, innocent creature and be able to do what that man did?! How many other times has this man done something like this? I'd have to agree with Edna! People like that don't tend to treat other people, or animals, well either...they have no heart!

I can not type on this board what I want to happen to this person.
He sounds like such a deranged individual.

This man needs to be thrown out a window and into heavy traffic...just for a start. This is so unbelievably cruel. How could you live with yourself doing something like this?

Pure evil is what this man is!! Bless everyone who saved, and tried to save, all 3 sweet souls! I do worry very much about the tiny one that ran off - I guess we can only pray that leads the little one to someone who can save it! If it hasnt already drowned in all of this rain! And as others have stated - perfect punishment - thrown him from a moving car in the middle of traffic!!

What I can never understand is why individuals have to hurt something so innocent as a kitten or any animal for that matter? I know I should not say it but someone ought to throw that person out in the middle of street from a moving vehicle into the oncoming traffic. This individual must be a sicko who does not even like himself no less. I am glad we still have people who love animals enought to try and save them. I hope the one little kitten that got away is okay.

Unfortunately there are too many people who think of animals as "just animals." Meaning that to them that an animal has no feelings, no rights, and simply put 'just an object that can be considered as an acceptable as disposable.' I live in an area where far too often I see animals chained up, with no water dishes, dogs and cats that roam the streets because someone in the neighborhood abandoned them, or also a popular thing to do is others not from our neighborhood decide this is the perfect area to adbandon an animal. I have "dog & cat" my friends out, and all my animals are strays that we have taken in. It is frustrating that too many of society only thinks of these animals as objects that can be 'tossed' when they are tired of them or they are no longer 'cute.'
Even more unfortunate is these postings here, saddly, will only be read by people who care about animals.
There is a saying I feel is appropriate; "some people are alive simply because it is illegal to kill them."

Even if this lowlife is caught there is little likelihood he will be punished. Lawmakers don't treat animal abuse as a serious crime so it's up to us to let them know how we feel and HOPE they will listen.
In the meantime, I hope this guy dies a slow and painful death.
