I don't think the owners deserve her back. If they let her outside in the first place, they have no right to have such a wonderful kitty. Another example of why cat's do NOT belong outside.
I agree....anyone letting their cat outside does not need to be a cat owner.
Yep I agree, these people should not have the kitty back. They apparently can not take of the cat. I would never dream of letting my kitty outside, this world is way too big for her. She is very safe and secure in her home with her doggie siblings.

Reading between the lines, this kitty may have been abandoned. There is no way she would have wandered on her own up unto a five story parking garage. Kitties don't belong outside by themselves. My beautiful kitty, Casper, lives inside with his puppy, Jackie. If he sneaks out by any chance, Jackie will round him up and bring him inside. She definitely knows what is good for both of them.
I would assume the cat was either abandoned (hopefully they wont find the owners) or got extremely lost (hopefully they can find the owners)!! Thanks to the good samaritans that took the cat to the vet!! And a really really BIG THANKS to the vet and his staff for taking care of the cat and her injuries!! She is blessed to have been taken to caring people! She is really pretty and if I didnt already have 10 indoor cats, I would take her or at least foster her. Hopefully she will get a good forever home!! I will pray for her!! Please keep us updated!!
