You can get a sneak peek this weekend at a joint collaboration between Saving Animals Across Borders, the Petco Foundation, and the City of Houston: it's a new Pet Adoption Center at Northwest Mall.

Pets can be adopted for $55 which includes spaying or neutering, vaccinations, and a city pet license. The Petco Foundation provided generous funding to build and equip the Pet Adoption Center, Northwest Mall donated the retail store-front. Saving Animals Across Borders staff and volunteers will operate the facility to find homes for homeless pets from BARC, the city of Houston's pound..

The sneak preview is Saturday (August 26) from 10-4 at the Northwest Mall, Northwest Freeway (290) and 18th Street. Go to entrance D.
