Here we go again! Cold air is in place and now weather system is pushing in from the Gulf Of Alaska. I'm forecasting 1" to 2" of snow through the morning hours in the Portand / Vancouver metro area.
The good news is this is going to be a short lived event. Snow this morning will turn to snow and rain early this afternoon. As the temperatures warm rain will wash away the snow by this evening.
Precipitation will remain rain for the rest of the week in Portland and the Willamette Valley. The only areas of snow after today will be in the Coast Range and Cascades
Regards,
Dave
