Cloudy skies have returned to the forecast and so has a chance of rain. As a weak weather system moves across the region today we might see a few sprinkles Thursday morning .

Drier conditions will come back Friday then things could get interesting. Colder air returns late Saturday along with some moisture. Showers Saturday night and Sunday might start as snow showers. If snow does fall amounts will be very light. Frankly I think we're looking at more of a wintry mix more than anything else.

The cold air will only hang around for a couple of days. By Tuesday temperatures moderate and precipitation will be liquid.
