Transition Day

Transition day. Plenty of clouds across the region but little if any precipitation. A stronger and more organized weather system arrives tonight. Rain returns Thursday and will stick around for a few days. Cooler air will also arrive. High temperatures later this week will only reach the upper 40s. In the mountains snow levels will drop. Yippee! 6" to 9" of snow will be likely above 4000ft. It's not enough for resorts to open the ski slopes but at least it's a start.
