This is really the core of the Saxton message -- "no spending discipline" -- but wham!! The governor closes in on Ron's experience during his service on the School Board.
Wow - "rhetoric does not match experience" is the strongest punch the Governor has landed so far and goes to the core of the challenge Ron has -- to assure people that they really know where Ron stands and how he will lead the State...

Action Plan? not much of a shield when the governor is hitting Ron on his stance on things such as support of Measure 41 which would remove millions of dollars from state programs [like education]
