Plan B debate
If Ron can establish that the Governor doesn't really have a plan B, he scores points on the issue of "competence"...but so far the Governor has been stronger in his presentation of his ability to get the legislature to act in the future -- and the more this is about the future, the more the Gov wins because he is more credible in dealing with the machinery of state government...
