From the wonderfully obscure Strange Maps blog comes a map comparing the economic production of the US to the next four largest countries. As it turns out, China's GDP is roughly equivalent to the GDP of California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii combined.In a previous post, Strange Maps had a map of US states renamed for countries with similar GDPs. On that map, Oregon = Israel.
