No more FSNW....Hello Comcast Portland!!
It is welcomed with open arms. The Blazers today announcing their parntership with Comcast SportsNet. The new regional sports network....devoted solely to the Blazers--and sports in Oregon--will launch this October. All but 1 Blazer game will be televised between Comcast...and this very station, KGW. What a score for fans throughout Oregon.
I know I echo the thoughts of many of you....FSNW (aka Fox Sports Seattle) will become a thing of the past. It was just so bothersome to be fed a constant stream of Seattle area sports. Grrrrrr....
Anyways, that's in the rearview mirror now.
The Portland metro area sports scene is on the rise with this news today.
