The Moos is Loose
If you see something real shiny flying over the state of Oregon it's Bill Moos' golden parachute.
Moos can say all he wants about spending time with his family, and it might be true, after all he has 5 children. But when you read between the lines and also read his Termination Agreement you can speculate that these big time donors at the University of Oregon were going to make it real easy for Moos to leave.

The interesting part is the Non Compete Clause.
The University of Oregon and these donors don't want Moos showing up in a couple years at a Pac 10 school. But if he wants to go back to the University of Montana ( a non BCS school), that would be ok.
