This year's Civil War shapes up as one of the best ever. OSU fans are hoping to smell the Roses and get a trip to Pasadena and the Rose Bowl for the first time in 44 years.

Sure, the Ducks will be better off if Jacquizz Rodgers doesn't play in Saturday's 112th Civil War.

KING-5... OUR SISTER STATION IN SEATTLE HAS LEARNED FROM SOURCES CLOSE TO THE MARINERS... THAT A'S BENCH COACH DON WAKAMATSU-- WHO WAS BORN OUT IN HOOD RIVER-- IS THE FRONT RUNNER TO BE THE NEXT MANAGER OF THE MARINERS.
