Dining: October 2007 ArchivesGourmet Magazine is out with its latest "Restaurant Issue" featuring what it calls the 100 best farm-to-table restaurants in America. No surprise that Portland gets a healthy representation. No surprise either that Higgins Restaurant gets the largest nod, with a short write-up as a local pioneer in the "Urban" category.
