OK - I know I am not the first to write about it in the Portland's exploding food cart scene - but I finally tracked down the Koi Fusion truck near PGE Park the other night and holy cow! I was aware of the spicy take on Korean BBQ meets Mexican fare, yet wasn't prepare for the cravings that have hung around my mouth. |
