Saturday is BIZZAYY - get the pooch over to Lucky Lab on SE Hawthorne for Dove Lewis' annual Dogtoberfest - wash pups, wash down brews.

Over in my neck of the woods, the Polish Festival promises pirogis, sausages, polka, beers and more - it's at the St. Stanislaus Parish on 3900 N Interstate Ave.

Three full days of fall celebration at the Oaks Park Oktoberfest. Oompah bands, kids' events, dog shows!!!! German cookery and dancing contests - starts at 3 PM Friday. Rides too!
