I have to agree with the Mercury - the Portland Adult Soapbox Derby is the "funnest" event of the summer around here,
Cruising up and down the pathway meeting friends I haven't seen in months, checking out coolers and leaping out of the way when the "CLEAR THE TRACK" sbullhorns blar, and of course the creative and speedy...
