Haven't had much time to post lately here from the Scene desk. Something about snow, or flooding.

Nevertheless, it's calming down in the Rose City, but not the rock.

Friday night's lineup at Dante's is insane, with punk outre vets the Dwarves, Seattle's favs Zeke, Portland's own Blackout Radio and one of the greatest band names ever LSD&D.

Over at the convention center it's the River City Bluegrass fest - and beyond the prformance stages, jams are encouraged all over so bring the strings. Jams place in the upper lobby
of the convention center on Friday @ 4pm then Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - Noon
