December 5, 2008 ArchivesSaturday is the annual Portland SantaCon - if you've never heard of it, that's where hundreds of decadent and depraved St Nick-suited revelers spread Christmas chaos through downtown. This year it seems the barroom romp was going to be under a scroogier eye by the police, some said, so alternate plans were made to take the party to Hillsboro.
