After doing this story that runs tonite (Thursday) at 5pm, I've decided I like the neti pot. Never used one, don't think I'll need to, BUT what a great simple idea that doesn't involve drugs or a lot of money. Speaking of money.. the naturopath I spoke to says skip the fancy add ons. Just salt and water and a neti pot is all you need.

My friend Jodie & Eric sent these cute photos of thier two kiddos Meg and Jack. I had to post them. I can't believe how fast they grow at that young age.
Gotta love it!! I have to say HI to Leslie!! I shop at two grocery stores.. the Safeway by my house and the New Seasons on Interstate which is on my way home. I was at New Seasons when Eric, who works there told me his wife reads my blog all the time. How cool is that!! HEY LESLIE!! :-)
