Baby, baby!!!
Organic Baby Food!!!!!! ((wow, 6 exclamation points.. I'm SUPER excited)).
Make your own baby food? Have a tip to share? Feed organic exclusively? Don't care to and don't see what all the fuss is about?
As for simple tips on making your own baby food, I found this website which I liked.

About the only thing I would add is that both doctors I talked to stressed you don't need a kitchen full of gadgets to get this done. A good food processor and a fork should do most of the work.
I also found this AP article printed up in USA Today about organic baby food.

I like it because it has some additional statistics, but I kind of feel like it doesn't address the non-organic side of it. In other words, if parents can't afford it and can't make their own food-- should they be worried about the health of their kids? Both the pediatrician and naturopath I talked to said "no", by the way.
And some older statistics but they show what's hot in organic food in general:

Is it weird that I eat uncooked frozen corn? Rich who sits next to me thinks so....

It's certainly healthier than Joe Becker's chili cheese dip, but I bet his dip taste's WAY better.
