One of the commenters in the Lars blog asks IN ALL CAPS if this is a HEALTH BLOG or a SELF INTEREST BLOG!! I wrote back to basically tell H.G.-- CORRECT! IT IS A SELF INTEREST BLOG! Although I couldn't bring myself to use the caps lock key. I've written about this before; this blog is changing. I'm doing the 7pm show and am not currently covering health stories with any regularity. But on our website changing the graphics, and the name, and the home of this blog is not an instantaneous process. And our web team is busy working on more pressing projects. Any day, maybe any hour now, it will have a new look and a new location that makes more sense for what this blog currently is. Til then, ENJOY! I'm off to go skip about in the rain and ask unsuspecting folks downtown how they feel about this holiday season. Congratulations on the new show.
I would like to reply to the person that was disappointed, because Stephanie had Lars Larson as her first guest.
First of all, Stephanie has the right to have anyone she pleases as her first, second, or third guest, because it is her show. Second, I regret that you, and so many other people in this area, who confess to be so proud of standing up for people’s rights, feel the only people allowed those rights are the ones that believe in the same ideology as them. I believe, if you truly believe in people’s rights that would include ALL people not just a chosen few.
Thank you, Stephanie. Keep up the good work and I love your show. At last working people have a news show when the finally get home from fighting traffic every day.

Mere nudity is not indecent exposure in most states.

Actually, nude bicycling is allowed because in Oregon indecent exposure means you're not just naked... but you're also in the process of a lewd act. For example, urinating in the street or exposing your genitals to a group of tourists. Not riding around naked without the intent of specifically disturbing anyone.
