Hey.. It's quittin' time for me, but not before I tell you about this cool Streaks for Stroke program put on by the Providence Stroke Center and American Heart Association.

First: May is Stroke Awareness Month.

Second: SATURDAY from 11am to 2pm you can get your free, clip-in red streak at the Lloyd Center Mall Nordstrom's on the first floor.  Nurses will also do free health screenings.

Third: You need to know about stroke.  Please.. I never ask you to just 'trust me' on anything.  Except now.  Take a moment to visit this link and get educated.
