This C.gattii (see GAT-ee-eye) story really grabbed my attention. I'm going to give you what links I have so far.. and my apologies for making this fast. I've got a sick puppy I have to get to the vet!! appreciated the story and realize you're ultra limited by time on the news. However, I notice a consistent problem with medical reporting that includes the "scare" but not the "how to avoid" part. Wouldn't it just take an extra 5 seconds to include something brief about how it is transmitted and how to avoid the illness? It's just enough info to freak people out!
