Are you ready to try being a two-wheeled commuter? REI is putting on a free clinic at its Tualatin location at 7 p.m. on July 10th entitled Bike Commuting 101.

Adam Garmon will cover route selection, bike safety, gear, clothing, how to fix a flat and preparing a bike for commuting.

With summer weather finally here, bike commuting is more than just a great way to Go Green. Trading commuter stress for endorphins is another pluys; and, at current gas prices, you'll save yourself about $3 for every 20 miles you bike instead of drive.
