Author (#281)October 2008 ArchivesThere's a big football game tonight, at Lakeridge High School. Not so much the game itself, but where it's being played - and the party that will surround it. Lakeridge hasn't hosted a HOME football game -- at their own school field -- in nearly 40 years. The reason? Neighbor complaints about noise, lights, and traffic/parking issues. This dispute has forced the team to play its 'home' games at Distric... It's been a busy week, for sure. The debate last night, and the financial bailout - have dominated the news. Now that the House has passed the bailout package, we're going to take a deeper look at some of the details. You may have noticed, critics of the plan - have an Oregon company in their crosshairs.
