This Friday night we went out to do our usual, "FNF Game of the Week" and Tailgate Party. Now being at KENS for 10 years I have done countless "Games", for countless "Weeks". Until Friday, I had never shot a game in Bandera. The whole community welcomed Joe and myself with open arms. Now, most people we visit on Fridays are great. But Bandera took an extra step! The whole atmosphere had that feel of Fridays long past for an old jock like myself. Plus, the people made us feel like we were from there community instead of just visiting. If you get a chance, make the 47 mile drive from San Antonio and check them out. They also have this Cole Hubble kid at QB (He led the Bulldogs to a 1 point come from behind victory), he and his mates are worth the drive and price of admission. Thanks for everything Bandera!

The Bandera Community was, and still is, buzzing about you and Joe coming out. I myself have only been here about 13 years, but this is a town that bonds together to help our neighbors and friends out. Yeah, Bandera might be a small town, but the kids have a heart the size of San Antonio and last Friday night was a sampling of that. Against odds that the crowd thought was unobtainable, the Dogs reached down and grabbed ahold of that last ounce of strength to win. Marcus, ya'll come out anytime. Enjoyed the sideline visit!!!
