The one great thing about sports is that everyone has an opinion. But every now and again, something comes along that is undeniable, everyone agrees, David Robinson being inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame is one of them.

Robinson will be inducted September 12th in Springfield, Massachusets. He goes in with a star studded class, including Michael Jordan. But even MJ is not in the same league when it comes to the overall Mr. Robinson.

The Admiral was one of the best athletes to grace the hardwood of the NBA, in fact Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich tells a story of when he first saw David. He says Robinson walked the length of the practice floor on his hands.

But then there is the other David, the one who cares so much for this community. He showed that when he was a member of the Spurs and continues to show it with The Carver Academy as well as his Ministry at Oak Hills Church.

So I say thank you Mr. Robinson on the one thing we can all agree.
