EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- Oregon running back Jonathan Stewart will
pass up his senior season and enter the NFL draft.
The school confirmed Stewart's decision today.
The junior averaged 132.5 yards per game while rushing for a
school-record 1,722 yards. He played a big role in leading the
Ducks to a 9-4 record. Stewart scored 11 touchdowns on the ground
and caught two TD passes.
He ran for 253 yards in Oregon's 56-21 victory over South
Florida in the Sun Bowl.
