NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Tennessee running back Chris Henry
dropped his appeal of a four-game suspension for violating the
NFL's substance abuse policy and has started serving the penalty.
The move will allow the rookie to return for the Titans' final
two games of the regular season.
Henry was notified before the Titans' November 4th win over
Carolina that he tested positive for a substance added to the
league's banned list within the past year. He played in losses to
Jacksonville and at Denver while appealing the suspension.
Henry is fourth on the team in rushing with 22 carries for 104
yards, and he has been used on kickoff returns the past three
games, where he is averaging 21.9 yards.
