TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Arizona's baseball game on Friday between Northern Colorado and Arizona, and its softball game against New Mexico, both set for 7 p.m., have been postponed due to rain.
The baseball team will play a double-header on Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. and will conclude the three-game series with the previously scheduled 12 p.m. game on Sunday.

It appears to me that UA is much more talented than Purdue after the first half in New Orleans...Arizona just has to take better care of the basketball...Some careless turnovers in the first twenty minutes...Purdue, in my opinion, will really have to scrap and be patient in order to win this game...Vinnie

We've hired from UA baseball coach Jerry Kindall to join our analyst crew for the college baseball season...He'll be in starting in about six weeks or so after we get through UA spring football...Coach Kindall as you know is one of the all time greats at the NCAA level...We're happy to have him aboard...Vinnie

UA will finish game one of their best of three with Hawaii on Saturday evening...It was halted in the 9th inning on Friday with UA up 2-0...They'll play the ninth starting at 830pm MST and then get set for game two of the series after that...Vinnie
