Yo...Got this from Mark Berman who is the sports director at KRVI FOX in Houston...He says that Mark Stoops is now one of five candidates for the job at Rice...Five is down from six after the head coach at Valdosta State took the head job at Texas Southern...The remaining five for the Rice job include the offensive coordinator at Texas A&M, former Miami head coach Larry Coker, Texas State head coach David Bailiff, Rice defensive coordinator Paul Randolph and Mark Stoops...Randolph is African American and would be the first black head coach in the 95 year history of the Rice program...Berman says that Stoops interviewed on Wednesday...Vinnie
