Today the team hit the practice field for the first time since arriving in London. They are actually staying at a nice hotel/resort outside of London in a city called Watford, about 45 minutes to an hour outside of the city. The place is surrounded by a golf course and hills with a tiny European road leading up to the main building. The practice field is nestled in between several trees and for the media to get to it we needed to walk through a courtyard. The courtyard had a lawn chess board, two grass tennis courts, a garden, sand volleyball court, for some reason a tee-pee, and a bunch of little houses, and a croquet court. It was pretty impressive. I think you have to have money to stay here, therefore I'll never have the pleasure of doing so. When the sun was out it felt nice, but when the clouds covered the sun it was cold. Now to the team, Jeremy Shockey participated in the stretching portion of practice but left afterwards to get treatment on his hernia injury, Mike McKenzie spent time on the bike, he has sat out of the past few Wednesday practices as well. After practice the players hit the weight room and some meetings before some were going to see more of the city. The channel 4 crew are finishing up work in the next couple of hours and will head into the city as well to get a bite and throw back a few. So far the trip has been very interesting and we all are enjoying it. I am going to have to keep an eye on Juan Kincaid so he doesn't get into any trouble. Tomorrow Jim Henderson arrives and we are all going to make him buy us an expensive dinner since he's the bread winner in the department. We'll be back tomorrow to tell you more about the team and our adventure.

Well, I'm sure glad to hear they are enjoying themselves...............I HOPE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO WIN THE NEXT DAMN GAME!!!
