All this week the local media, from Jim Henderson to John DeShazier, have been saying how the Saints better stop turning the ball over if they want to make the playoffs. Of course that's true, but not turning the ball over is only half of the equation. Read more. ...

The thing that makes the NFL great can also drive you crazy. That 'thing' is having a bye week between games. In the Saints case, it’s a horrific loss to Baltimore. On Sunday, I heard ESPN's John Clayton say the Saints' bubble had burst and while they were improved, they'd be lucky to win seven or eight games.
