This may seem a bit off the wall but,i saw a tale of two teams.1st the team that turned the ball over 5 times, and 2nd the team that scores 22pts and had chances to score another 21 that to me says this game could have been 43 to 35 even with 5 turn overs thanks ..

I think that he should be fined and suspended. That is premeditated and just plain cruel. To think that someone would risk cripplng someone for life, not to mention ruining their career, is just plain absurd. The NFL needs to adopt a zero tolerance policy and make an example of this jerk, if nothing else.

most saw the tackle which I felt was clean... however, at the end of the play we also saw Scott stand up, still holding Bush's ankles', and throw them to the ground. That should have drawn a flag. Then to make a statement like that to the news....... well NFL, review the play and impose the fine..

Piece of crap! He should be banned from the league for intentionally hurting someone and then admitting it was intentional. And who's making $60 million? Certainly not this guy. I'm sure his measly league minimum would be devastating to lose, which his team and the NFL should make him lose. Trash talk is always part of the game but when it gets physical, that shows no class.

I agree with you ,first of all they are so angry with the saints for being a great team this season that they will do anything to trying to keep them back. But let them go ahead win loose or draw we will make it.

This guy should be flagged for unsportmanlike conduct and penalized a few games out of uniform!! Shame the NFL let other uneducated players talk this way in public! Bush was not a factor in the game as well as Deuce because we were playing catch up game for 3 quarters!! if not for the two touchdowns their defense got which were only 15 yarders, we could have pull this game out and had another bird-etouffe!! It did not happen, we will learn from this and carry on forward!! we cant look back, need to stay focus ahead each week!! that's a sign of a good team and coaching staff and we are sure we will rebound from this loss!! everyone is entitled to a bad game!!we are not perfect, we are still jelling!!

Bart Scott was an UFA who has worked his ass off for everything he has.

omg put a sock in it...reggie got smacked in the face and was held to like 25 total yrds (recieving and rushing combined)...he just went against the stingiest rush defense that only allows 2.7 yrds/carry...he just got laid out and spit on by an undrafted all-star...dont even try to say "he should be fined and suspended" ... bush shouldnt have his heismann for the money he got from usc??

The facts are in and the evidence is clear. The Baltimore Ravens are a dirty football team that condones "cheap shot artists" like Bart Scott. Scott should not only be fined and suspended, he should be arrested for intentionally trying to injure Reggie Bush, admitting to it and bragging about it. The NFLPA Association and the league need to take action immediately against Scott and make him an example. The truth of the matter is that Scott is not in the same league as Bush is in and was jealous of his professionalism and notoriety. Take away the turnovers and "gift points" given (not earned) to the Ravens, and the Saints would have won easily. I hear some Saints' fans screaming jealousy.......you must be out of your minds........Reggie was just a child masquerading as an NFL tough guy. For goodness sakes......he was an eight week old rookie. Bart Scott is a veteran....why should he be jealous? Like all NFL rookies they must be welcomed in the proper way (Hazing the youngins if you please). Bart's hit on Reggie was clean and directed at stopping him by using his ankles...there is no NFL law against that. In fact Bart's tackle would be considered "EXCELLENT TECHNIQUE" in the NFL circle. Now had it been a head shot, horse-collar tackle or illegal body shot....I'd be crying along with you.

Reggie is not crying or complaining....that shows me that he has become a man (NFL-style). He realized that now he has to tweek his technique of "The Juke Move" to prevent getting caught like that in the future. We in the professional football community call that "The Learning Curve".
